Some of this is way over my head.. But if heat is causing the problem, can you not add a fan to the PCB? I have a DVD1 and dread this happening.. but would be nice to know if there is a fix instead of an overhaul because of a design flaw? Ducks for cover....

My 10ps worth Like Graham, I couldnt careless about the draw and my loyalty or whatever you want to call it lies with the survival of the site. If I am lucky enough to win a prize, fantastic! Its a bonus! and just that! However, its not something I dwell on nor is it something that causes me to have a whine and moan about not winning... something liverpool

Easy, look on the top and you will see two lugs. Now, place your hands underneath the 9000 and lift towards you taking care and when you get to around 45 degrees you should be able to lift off clearing the two lugs. Take care when doing this as the rear mounting plate must clear the lugs or you will end up pulling the damn thing off!

In a word, mad or rather sheer madness. If you have the money, sure but if you are going to be chasing sales than I would hang fire for at least 3-5 years for the current mess to settle before investing the sums of money required to open a franchise.

Its a Mermaid Ventura, peach of a moniter and pretty hard to come by these days. I dont think they are produced anymore? I sent off for some literature a year or so ago and got a brochure which was a surprise as the website is not all that! However the moniter is stunning. I bought one of ebay some time ago, gave up in the end as I was unable to get

You can buy the bracket from B&O as an accessory, simple plate which is similar to the shape of the eye but fits to the wall and the eye then sits on top. Sometimes, the braket is screwed onto the eye, is this is the case then remove it and fix this to the wall and then you shoudl be able to mount the eye. You can also buy a (I think) aluminium
