Actually I think the service manual (for the stand) details how to correct centering problems at a hardware level.

Those are great shots too! I did mine with a special macro lens , but it's tricky no matter which way you go about it... with special lenses you often have only a few milimeters of focal depth to play with. You can indeed see the hollow sapphire cantilever here (click to enlarge):

Do you have P.STORE added to your Beo4 so that it shows up when you press LIST?

This is the BeoLink Converter: http://beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=983 You need one because the AV7000 speaks one link-language (MCL) and the BeoSound 9000 speaks a newer one (ML). Plugging in the PowerLink cable is not enough.

Right, the G-Code socket is ignored on the B&O version as the idea there is to have the Video Master do all the Set Top Box controlling itself.
