Is it possible to use Beo4 to control non-B+O equipment using the itrans translator or similar?

I have been in touch with Lutron regarding this and they say that they will work with Smart remotes B+O remote but the Lutron codes will need entering!

How did you get on with the Lutron Rania light dimmer? Did you get it to work with Beo4 remote?

What is the purpose of this device? I have an LG TV, SKY TV and Lutron IR lights, if I was to buy this would it all be controllable with a Beo4 remote? Thanks.
