What a great choice! You KNOW how much I love the BV5 so you have had my vote all the way since the beginning, even though I have only just now come across the thread! Please do send photos when you have it all set up; it is going to look absolutly amazing with those speakers. You could not have chosen a better combination. ENJOY! Simon.

Yes I do mean shocks, definitley not tingling!

Interesting that people's replies include how attractive the 'person' is rather than seem them for their experience and knowledge. Do you look at the male members of staff in dealers in the same light?

This is an interesting thread. Like Jammy, I just want to speak to a well informed staff member regardless of their gender. However, It does seem to be a predominantly male oriented environment. Perhaps it is not an appealing career in terms of the types of products that are being sold, not retail itself. I have been to the Exeter store several times
I was just talking generically (ie. person above stating 'refund under consumer rights' which is only if the shop agrees ;) - I'll speak with my dealer tomorrow. No idea about the solution for this, but I'm sure they'll fix it.
Best of luck Chris. I feel sure the store will do their best to
