You can connect both cables from the beosound to the speakers, or you can have one cable to a speaker and then another cable from one speaker to the other. You will need electricity cables going to each speaker. They come from any socket near the speakers, not necessarily from the hi-fi itself.

If your Video master TV was a Materlink TV and if all the speakers in the main room were connected to the TV, then you would need to connect the Powerlink cable of the Beosound to the Beolink converter.
