joeyboygolf: j0hnbarker: joeyboygolf: Afraid not. Only MCP5000 is suitable. Not quite true. A Terminal 5000 will work and is less bulky than the MCP. Quite correct, I always forget about that! Quite hard to find these. I waited about 6-8 mths for a good one to come up on eBay. Hardly ever use it though!

TripEnglish: I'm sure many of these will be addressed in time and as David Lew... I mean 355f says, there will be some "nice prices" on the way. (Sorry I almost blew your cover DL!) Oi - no one blew your cover either as a B&O dealer when you first started posting here Trip >:|

Peter : Not exactly compact though! Beomaster 4400 - why not the best! True!

How about a Beomaster 8000? My favourite B&O amp and contemporaneous to the MC120s.

Hey - let's not have this morph into another BV7 worth it/not worth it thread kids >:(

Beocenter 2000. I bought one for a laugh and now use it in my garage with some X25s (Chris - you're right, they're awful).

Me too - where has my post gone!

Just had a listen to 'All on a Misty Morning' from As is Now by Paul Weller. Saw him in Blackpool last Thursday and he did a great version of this song :)

Tom: I think the optimal choice would be the BeoVox Pentas. I quite like the BeoVox RL series too. But they are difficult to find. I use Beovox Pentas with my Beomaster 8000. They sound great - go for them as the 8000 has power to burn and ideally suits driving these big speakers.
