Ked af at sige det, og nu er der sikkert nogle, der føler sig stødt, men her er endnu een, der ikke ved en pind om reparation af enheder (og det er naturligvis ikke dig, Peter !). - Endnu een, der ikke justerer spole/spider på plads men bare limer med bind for øjnene. Der er ALLE chancer for, at det ender med en defekt enhed

Check først inden i DIN stikket, om der skulle være knækket en ledning af eet af benene. Det kan sagtens forekomme. Martin

Wow, nice work ! I think, I would have flipped the board over to get the solder pads on the solder side but I'm sure it will work fine this way too. Martin

Well, it depends. You don't know if the slider or potentiometer broke inside the Beocenter or it merely lost its grip. You will have to open it and check. Still, it's not a very easy task to reach the balance potentiometer. Martin

- And a NOS Beomaster 3000 in unopened original carton passed 1200 euros a couple of years ago. Probably in need of a general service and new caps none-the-less. Martin

Then, I suppose, the only way would be to find someone with a defective Beomaster 8000 who can donor a module. Should not be impossible to find but I don't have one at present. Maybe Mohawk would consider selling one of his original modules, now that he built new ones himself ? Martin

Very hard to say. Condition is everything and what is decribed by one person as good condition may be seen quite differently by others and vice versa. For the older things, the general rule is that the things are worth what people are ready to pay. Keeping an eye on Ebay listings seems to give a good hint but the way things are listed and described
