According to the specification, Beosound 3 supports MP3 and WMA playback. I converted a DRM free song in iTunes to 192 Kbps MP3 which worked. Puerto Rico, it's a pretty nice place, been there a couple of times, I remember the shopping center, not so nice, but the rest of the place is. Glad to see another Leica M8 user on this board too!

OK, what I also find strange is that the BL5 is often pictured in a corner and/or very tightly fit to a wall in Beo's own pictures in their brochures for example. I find it a bit strange, since putting them that close to a wall, even if the calibration does wonders can't exactly enhance the sound.

I have mine a good meter from any wall, except for the right one that has a bookshelf about 50cm from it's right side, but it'd got over a meter to the back-wall. I'm finding that
