Neither of the CD mechanisms are replaceable. However, both are repairable at the component level if you can find some competent person to do it. The required knowledge is available on this site. A search of the forums will provide a wealth of information on the subject!

Any of our UK members live in or near Weston Super Mare or even better, Weston Village? I have bought and paid for a B&O record deck and need it collecting and holding until I can get down for it. Anybody help?
