Hi Ralph, the 2 main suspects will be a loose/broken wire in the DIN plug of your beogram (cheap problem) or the cartridge has lost contact with the internal coils inside the body (expensive). There are obviously more in depth scenarios but these are the 2 simple ones which you need to check first. If the wiring in the DIN plug is OK then try connecting
