Welcome to BeoWorld. Yes... you are missing the "T" adapter... I would source one from B&o to be certain of functionality. Keep in mind that the "T" transmits power and vox (2 lines) to (1 line) to feed the phone's base, so it is not your typical "off the shelf" 3 way splitter. I replaced a damaged one recently

Welcome to BeoWorld. This is a known (typical) fault w/ this series. 3M makes excellent double-sided foam that is quite strong... also look for servo tape in a hobby store. Short of that and prob a better fix... I would use a good multipurpose 2 part epoxy and never worry about it again.

Mark, Plasma (and oft LCD) can cause interference w/ the IR signals... esp when presented in the same plane as your setup. LOOK HERE for more details... My suggestion would be to first move the smaller BS2500 to another room w/ no TV and see how it responds then. If it seems to be OK and you want them in the original room... you could also try reorienting
