Hi Langers & welcome to Beoworld. B&O don't make pens but they have in the past given them as corporate/dealer gifts, usually supplied by other manufacturers with the B&O logo applied. You won't get one via usual sources such as dealers and such items very rarely appear on auction sites. Cheap B&O ball point pens appear all the

You need to connect the stand to the TV before you connect the TV to the mains power supply & power up or the stand won't be recognised. Unplug everything & start again plugging the stand cable into the TV first. Chris.

Admittedly my experience is with higher specified Beovox speakers and the improvements are likely to be more pronounced than with the S30's. If you buy a cap kit from Dillen you won't go far wrong as his kits usually come with

Have you taken the plastic casing of the plug apart & checked the soldered connections inside? The reason I mentioned the DIN plug is they have to be pretty much "bent" to enable you to connect to the phono input and often suffer as a result. You can check the continuity with a multi-meter by opening the deck and testing each pin of the

Just one other thing Kevin - the positive side of the speaker cable connects to the round pole - negative to the flat spade. Chris.
