I have to look into this one! I was surprised to find this on the website. The intended use for the "dual sound stage" is in a room running a plasma on one wall and a drop screen on another where the speaker roles would rotate to accommodate a completely different viewing angle. As those with BeoLab 9s in the front and BeoLab 3s in the rear

BC2 Blu-Ray: Very reliable. I would put its likelihood at 75% or better. Updating the portions of the Master Unit & Socket Panel necessary for the transition would be significantly less expensive than designing a new system, setting up manufacturing, assembly, logistics, etc. The "form factor" of a system is not just the shape, but the

With September in mind, 1. BeoVision 4-65 higher contrast panels: Already happened. D10 ACM versions are on the market. No further updates in this time frame. 2. BeoSystem 3 w/ Blu-Ray compatibility: Yes, this is reasonable. If, for some reason it has not happened yet, though, it is software and will be retro-compatible. 3. BeoMedia Update: Not likely

It's the "lip-synch" setting. It can be changed in the service menu. The audio track from the HDMI and the audio track from the analog RCA are timed differently. The HDMI is playing in the main room, and the analog track is playing in the link room. Offsetting the lip synch by 2 seconds or so should bring all the rooms into synch.

You may already understand this fundamentally, but the GRX-AV is sending the signal from the "RS-232" (actually mux-link) D-sub 9 output on the BeoSystem 3 to enable

The chips are by Pixelworks. BeoSystem 1 used Faroudja. We didn't reinvent the wheel, we just didn't sell a wheel by itself and say it was a car.

Not bad. rather have Beo 5, though. For me personally, the bloom is off the rose in terms of touch. It has its place, to be sure, but the Beo 5 reigns supreme for me personally.

BeoBilly, No, not in terms of picture quality. If you want to attribute our picture quality to anyone, you'd better mention our video engineers by name. By combining a good quality LCD along with processing chips, advanced light measurement, glare polarizing screen, etc. they've put together a full system that goes beyond what the original panel

Yes, however they do not have a line input like some of the other speakers. We manufacture a PowerLink > RCA, two of which can be adapted into a mini jack.
