looks interesting http://www.apple.com/uk/macmini/specs.html
Indeed it is. Resolutions beyond 1080p through two interfaces. HDMI with audio and still retains the optical mini-jack option. And an SD card slot (but at the back of the machine). My only disappointment is that it remains a core duo machine with a

A member called RIDAX used to offer modifications to the iPod docking stations that would allow the DIN connection to send TAPE commands to the iPod to affect track changes etc But this was a custom service, not an off the store shelf offering ... At the back of my mind is a memory of a discussion about some similar offerings from European (German maybe
no tv just a video projector
so you have the B&O DVD1 direct to the Oley projector ? and no other B&O equipment ? It is not my area of experience but I think you are out of luck. The only suggestion is that the Beo5 remote may be able to control both units. I suggest you re-ask the question in the Beo5

What I find "tricky" about B&O is that a lot of the processing is done inside the "TV" as opposed to an external amp. So the local shops are running an end-of-Australian-finacial sale/clean-out and there are some BC2s (or were) in the clearance. But they really need to be coupled with a BeoVision. Alternatively you can have a

That will depend on whether you have a BeoVision environment that is based on the beosystem 3 (or predecessor) video processing technology and whether the projector is supported. Can you please list what is the TV, and what is the projector. Thanks

However I am starting to dislike it's centre speaker !
I'm curious why you say this? I'm in the very early stage of considering a BV-8 40 (just came to the States), and thought the center speaker was one of it's strengths? Stan
I am not sure I can describe

If you are using a BeoPort and LinkPlayer combination then can bypass any PUC. You set-up the system so that [PC] activates the AV interface to the Apple, and you have LinkPlayer running so its menu then appears on your BV. All future commands are associated by the BV with the [PC] and most are forwarded to the LinkPlayer that then interprets them.
Is there a problem with my stand?
or is it with the Beo4 ? any other way you can test a continuous command ?

It is amazing why the attitude persists, and why (for example) there are Bose stores everywhere that do not have the same quality in kit, nor store furnishings, nor staff ! As for your typical outlet for asian hi-fi .... yuck! Even the Sony brand stores do not compare to B&O. The only thing locally that comes close to the advice one gets from B&O
