I can confirm that DVB-S supports motorised dishes and uses the standard 14-18 control voltage as well as the 22 Khz tone control which conforms to DiSEqC 1.0 spec. It also supports two Conditional Access Common Interface slots PCMCIA It also supports the storing of 5000 TV and 5000 Radio channels

You are correct that the combined unit is only available for Beosystem 3 based products.

STB's which support both DVB-T and DVB-S in the same unit are a fairly recent innovation and I believe the Humax combo 9000 only came out in 2007. Add to this, that generally speaking most users who have satellite such as Sky tend not to have DVB-T unless it is built into the TV itself and equally if you have DVB-T you are less likely to have DVB

If you have a Lintronic converter box, then you can you can use the following instructions to the Lintronic software to get the timings which can then be used to convert to a Beo5 XML file as follows:- Start the Lintronics programme and close the popup status page and if it asks you to check for updates say NO Click PRODUCTS then move down to TT455

Geoff, Sorry, but I left out a couple of "Type" numbers. You should also include in the list 338X and 339X As your software level is version 1.1, this will need to be upgraed to version 2.0 or 2.1 With regards to the STB-C, there is a software version and a table version and it depends what table version you have installed.
