A pair of MK1 Pentalabs has surfaced locally and the gent is looking for 250 USD. I am not sure if the drivers have any foam rot, but I'm going to just assume that they do. Also, the sellers confirms that one amp is "dead." I am unaware of cosmetic condition. Is this a realistic price? Worth getting? Maybe to use as just Pentavoxes? Thanks

Its the same? If it is, then you will probably just need a plug adapter of some sort.

People tend to say that Lab3s are wasted as rears, so you probably wouldn't like another pair working at partial capacity for the same price. I would go 4000s or 4s.

That is such a great idea! I have a few dock ideas that I have wanted to do for a while, but with my schedule, they will probably have to wait until next summer BTW Frede, Could you please identify the dock for us? The line out feature is something a lot of us have been looking for.
