The age of the sales person sort of summed up B&O's market (or who they view as their market). People 50+, with a bit too much spare cash, willing to invest in a TV that lasts a little longer than your average TV. What they fail to realise is that kids love to swap out and get the latest equipment. It's the
In this room (my saunarium)
Pardon my ignorance here, but is any TV safe in a sauna/ steamroom? Reading other posts and descriptions on 'Lifestyle' I get the impression that the BV6 has fabric speaker covers/frets, and that the cases of some BV8's are prone to discolour. So that seems like a whole

Remember this Christmas Saab? Well no sooner than I got sent the new brochure last week for the all new version with wheels (Saab 9-5 Estate), it transpires that all production has stopped and the employees have not been paid ! They might turn it around yet, but those 9-5 estates might be the last and rarest Saabs of all. Graham

Without wanting to detract from Lee's disappointment, most of those statistics quoted are out by a factor of 10. There's an avatar on the parallel universe saying 'Vote for Me'. Guess the accompanying image put voters off! Either that or all the votes are buried in the system under the name AGASIN ADFAM Graham

I saw it, thought I'd vote a little later, and then managed to forget. Graham

Interesting posts Earle! Personally I like the look and simplicity of the Larsen CD25 design more than the 'Multi media' versions, but the latter were obviously an attempt to adapt to a wider market. As CDs fall out of fashion I wonder what alternative uses owners will find for these designer racks? Graham

According to The Times today "Hollywood fears a 3-D disaster as the novelty wears off." Apparently 3-D vs 2-D sales are falling dramatically so there's a doubt over the long term production of 3-D films (most of which are claimed to be 'God-awful' in an article quote.) So there may not be many 3-D films to view on expensive 3-D
1) As a shareholder of the company, I would like to know what you think could be done to increase shareholder value? Is there a need for strategy change, if so, how?
Same here: thankfully just a small ISA holding in my case. The near 90% share price drop since Jan 2007 must have been devastating for longer term major
