  • Re: Beovision 7 40 Full HD +100 Hz +blue ray

Apparently the BV7-40 will not come with an integrated BR player. The physical space required for the BR player isn't there. The DVD player fitted to the BV7 is extremely small, and it is not possible to fit the BR player to the excisting BV7. However they are sure that BR is the future, and they wil be offering high quality BR players (probably

  • Re: Anyone like old cars?

Hello! I'm just learning to know this forum. You guys have wonderful cars, and good taste. I shouldn't be surprised I guess, since I'm in a B&O forum. But I would have thought that more of you people should have cars like Alfa Romeo? Design, dynamics and driving pleasure. As a second (or third) car I have an old Alfa Romeo GTV6 2,5.

  • Re: BeoLab 8000+6000 isn't loud enough? Do I need a BeoLab2?

timhanna: Thanks Thavn, It makes sense I guess... so its the BeoLab 5/9 i guess if you want to start a sound war? Thanks. I changed to a pair of BL5 in january this year. They are great, and you can play very loud, always with a crystal clear sound. But nevertheless I was very satisfied with my BL6000. They sound and look great!

I'm no expert, but I had a pair of BL6000 in front, BL 4000 in the rear, connected to an Avant and a Beosound 2300. The BL 6000 are great, but you miss some bass. I connected a subwoofer (not BL2, a KEF subwoofer), and the sound got more complete. You can of course adjust the volume individually pr speaker. But, from my experience, you can't

  • Re: Beolab 6000 with Beolab 2 ???

The BL6000 works great with the BL2. I had BL6000 for 8 years and wanted the BL2, but found it a bit expensive. I bought a plug-in KEF active subwoofer instead. The KEF is not anywhere near the BL2, but it still worked really well, and the 6000's are in my opinion underrated as a front speaker. They did a nice job. I changed the BL 6000's (and

  • Re: Newbie Here .... Hi all

Hello Dave You're not the only newbie in here! You're story is pretty much like my own. Once you get used to one remote with a nice quality feel to it, it's impossible to return! You're trapped! I bought my Beosound 2300 8 years ago with Beolab 6000, like you. It's a beautiful little stereo! Since then I've got an Avant, a Beovision

  • Re: Is it worth buying a B&O TV anymore? A thought for the day.

I find it quite amusing to read this thread... Why are so many people on the B&O forum negative to B&O? Well, as far as I know there will always be improvements of televisions, cars, new fancy equipment etc. If you want to wait for the best picture, you will never get it. Ok, you can buy a new television every year for a few years for the price

  • Re: What rear speakers for surround sound

Hello! I have a surround system consisting of an Avant (centre), BL 5 and BL 4000 in the rear. In my opinion the rear speakers sound great, and you really do need them if you want to be a part of the music and/or movie. I also am considering the BV7-40... My left rear speaker is actually about 8 meters from my ear when you sit in centre of the TV, while

  • Re: Vurderer ny TV

Tusen takk for svar!
