Hi guys Sorry you have had bad experiences. Are your models early examples? As there were a few that had faulty motherboards, otherwise apart from the odd bad cable we have found them fine and very reliable.

I know technically I am in the wrong forum, but this is where all the brainy types and boffins hang out!!!! Has anyone had success writing their own PUC controllers? Have had a play around and it seems quite possible.

Has anyone tried the RAKO B&O interface or the Boscom light dimmer?

TripEnglish is right, the most elegant solution is the gateway especially if you are using the wonderful Crestron products. For small systems we have used Control4 to operate B&O products via ir on occasion and it works well even letting us operate the BeoSytem3 via the iPhone. We find this is much more cost effective and time efficient for a one

Hi k984942 We have been integrating Control4 with B&O for some time now and it works great. We can operate the B&O products using the Control4 system and the iPhone/iPod Touch via IR or very soon the Masterlink gateway. Also we can operate the Control4 fully by the Beo5.
