Hi guys Sorry you have had bad experiences. Are your models early examples? As there were a few that had faulty motherboards, otherwise apart from the odd bad cable we have found them fine and very reliable.

TripEnglish is right, the most elegant solution is the gateway especially if you are using the wonderful Crestron products. For small systems we have used Control4 to operate B&O products via ir on occasion and it works well even letting us operate the BeoSytem3 via the iPhone. Hi k984942 We have been integrating Control4 with B&O for some time now and it works great. We can operate the B&O products using the Control4 system and the iPhone/iPod Touch via IR or very soon the Masterlink gateway. Also we can operate the Control4 fully by the Beo5.
