beoguy: I have gone into the tv menu and told it to "turn on" AV2 to CDV. If you assigned CDV to AV2 you need to add DVD to the Beo4 (see post above how to add DVD to Beo4)

On the Beo4 press: [STAND-BY] and [LIST] at the same time. Choose "ADD?" and you can add DVD, A.TAPE2 and PHONO DVD is the same command as CDV DVD on the Beolink1000 is [SHIFT] [CD] or [SHIFT] [SAT] (depends on which version beolink1000 you have)

thiersie: Shift, TV en dan 2 was het! Waarom maken ze het zo moeilijk :-/ gelukkig is dit forum hier! Je hebt de "pech" dat de LX2800 (1986-1988) de eerste TV met een "nieuwe taal" afstandsbediening is. De "kinderziektes" zaten er toen nog in. Ze hadden toen ook wel ingezien dat de bediening erg omslachtig was. Dat is met
