2. Gattaca Modern yet classic. Technology but human(too human for some products ). Reaching for the stars while trying to figure out who they are ( Struer). The Danes tend to be very reserved and quiet( I mean this in a complementary way)... So are the characters in Gattaca. Basically about technology and people and where they intersect. Not to mention
A sort of "dashboard" with sources and automation activities that the user could easily edit makes a lot more sense than the half dozen or more layers I have to go into to dim the lights in my bedroom with my Beo 5.
That's not a bad idea at all. The one thing that I can't believe they haven't

Ok, this is my first reply on BeoWorld, so forgive me if I make a particular "faux pas". I currently have a 32" Avant with a standard Sky box fitted at the back, and I think the picture I get from it is nothing short of superb! Ok, if I want to play on the x-box the picture

The content is starting to get pretty good variety-wise. Atleast in the U.S. (I actually sneak/hack on to the UK Itunes store occasionally and get content there as well.) I find the HD quality in general to be good but not as nice as Bluray. The Audio quality of the HD content is average so every now and then I have to watch Bluray to remember how good

Really nice. As someone who's doing their own renovation I can really relate. It's great to see someone come out of the other side with such great results. It's funny how many B&O fans don't put too much effort into the look/aesthetics of their installation, which I think is one of the best parts of B&O. Obviously you think along
These days with the B1 stores, one can no longer have any reason to go in except to buy B&O. In my youth, Windows, my much lamented ex dealer, sold records and musical instruments and other makes. This allowed a little browsing
Peter! Are you telling me that the Beolounge is not a real place ... A happy place
For on, the convert button is still greyed-out. Is this because it only works if I buy the Lintronic TT455-RT-238 box and have a connection?
Mine works without being connected.
The ML Gateway has a web interface
That's intriguing and something I was not aware of. I talked briefly with my dealer yesterday about Masterlink Gateway and am keeping it in mind for the near future. I think that an iPhone app would only make sense in the context of an ML Gateway type installation as the backbone
My first question would be where is the best place to purchase the Lintronic box from?
You get lintronic from their website: Here I'll let beo-ap cover the rest, as he seems to have much more experience with this setup, but you may need more than one lintronic box. There are some potential possibilities

Apart from the physical form (some love it, others don't) The Beo5 is what you make of it. For the basics I love my Beo4 ( changing channels etc.). The Beo5 was for a while a very nice paper weight in our house. However, the programing and philosophy of the Beo5 interface I feel has come a long way both in my own approach as well as those of others
