  • Re: SOMFY curtains and roller shutters

Hi Stefan, This sounds great. Did you install it yourself? Were your somfy blinds also the ones with radiocontrolled remotes? I will definetely contact this Lintronic to hear more.

Hi keith, I have, like davefarr in this thread, already somfy motors installed. sprocket is right in the fact that somfy motors have a low voltage switching option... But, how do I make this low voltage without a BeoSystem 1,2 or 3 but with a Beo 4. I have heard its possible with a danish firm called LK, but im looking for other alternatives..

  • SOMFY curtains and roller shutters

Hello fellow BeoWorlders, Does anyone have any experience with a company called SOMFY. http://www.somfy.com/portail/index.cfm They make, among other things, motors for curtains, blinders and roller shutters. I would like to control these motors with my Beo4/5. The problem is that they use radiocontrolled waves and Beo4 use IR codes. Does anyone have

  • Re: BS5 purchase options.

I know that if you order it within the month in Bang & Olufsen shops in denmark within the month, seven years of total warranty is thrown in the hat. The deposit is typically 10-20 % of total price.. The option you are maybe mentioning is that you can purchase the BeoSound 5 WITH or WITHOUT the BeoMaster 5..

  • Re: B&O in white

Its hard to believe that all the products werent released in white if you ask me.. But the BL5 looks better in black. The BeoLab 3500 in white is sensational. H.

  • Re: BeoSound 5 Launch - Copenhagen

Indeed it was a nice evening filled with new impressions. And i must say it was nice to meet you, Daniel, and the other beoworlders. And there was no shortage of wine, one could almost think Bang & Olufsen tried to get one drunk...! It was my first time in the operahouse and what a building. It almost like an artpiece. Hope to see you all again

  • Re: subwoofer needed?

There is a big difference with or without the Beolab 2. There is a profound deep sound in BeoLab 9 but with a BeoLab 2 they sound even better. It sounds like youre having a surround setup and in this configuration its important with a good center speaker(BeoLab 7-4/BeoLab 10) and a subwoofer(BeoLab2) Go to a Bang & Olufsen who has the setup connected

  • Re: BV 9 or BV 4

I would choose a BeoVision 9 because of the build in HD recorder and the motorstand. I use the motor function on my BV7 on a daily basis and this is a great feature.. But its like choosing between a ferrari and a lamborghini...
