Craig: Jandyt: For me, the star of the evening was our final artiste, Elizabeth, who was also the oldest of the five. I think she is 16. Elizabeth played a piece with Spanish influence (Patagonian village) and also the more familiar "Pathetiqe" sonata. It would not surprise me in the least to see Elizabeth appearing on the TV in the near future

Not a major product, but I have a long standing dislike for the waterproof IR sensor housing - an ugly box that does nothing for the brand, and when its often the most visible bit of a link area ( patio/pool/garden etc ) its really a poor effort. The LE6000 is getting some stick here - which ( a bit like BV8 ) is understandable in some respects, but

To test this, swap the switches on the (currently OK) left speaker, so that it becomes the right speaker electrically

Craig: Jandyt: Dave had tried to get a Steinway piano from Steinway Good place to get a Steinway piano from if you ask me. Craig In fairness, we did have access to a "real" piano, so I don't want anyone to think Steinway either let us down or shunned us - but there were two other factors I didn't think of initially that meant my digi

This paste will be a mild abrasive. I have been told that a "whitening" type toothpaste will do a very similar job to products like this. I know a couple of engineers who use this for polishing out minor scratches on metal and plastics in preference to any off the shelf cleaners. I'm not vouching for this method, but it seems worth a try
