Frankly speaking, I don't understand everybody's excitement about this option of placing BL6000 on the wall. At the end BL6000 is designed a floor stand speaker and I can imagine only very few situations where making it hang on the wall would improve the room set-up.

Mein Verständnis ist, dass der BL2 idealerweise in der vorderen Raumhälfte aufgestellt werden sollte und in der gleichen Entfernung von der bevorzugten Hörposition wie die vorderen Lautsprecher. Meiner steht allerdings im hinteren Raumteil neben dem hinteren Lautsprecherpaar, liefert jedoch auch einen guten Klang.

I have BL6000 as rear speakers and am fully satisfied with them. I also have BL3 in a different set-up and believe they would be absolutely wasted as rear.

Ich habe bei meinen B&O Geräten die Verpackung nie wirklich begutachten können, da der Dealer diese nach Installation sofort weggebracht hat. Darum stört mich die schlichte Verpackung auch nicht. B&O braucht sich ja auch nicht durch Verpackung zu differenzieren.

I fully agree with Peter's opinion. Two pairs of BL3 with BL2 would do a good job although they would likely be underused as rear speakers. I also personally don't think that BL9 would optically match BL3 at all. It's interesting that most girls don't like the visual appearance of BL5. It was the same with my wife - once she saw them

I slightly miss the "My B&O" list in the personal profile of the members. It was sometimes interesting to see what stuff the other people own.
