Your dealer is the one who will take care of it... Each time you buy a B&O item, the dealer will transfer the buyer intel (name, address, etc...) to his/her national B&O headquarters. They will register your warranty and send you back by post mail a leaflet reminding your name, address as well as the item description, its serial number, the date

I'm not really fond of the BV8 tilted screen... Doesn't feel very natural to me to watch a tilted screen, especially this tilted (visible on your B&O official site's gallery). Philippe

mobeyone: Sorry guys, seems I am all alone here in saying that its boring.. and that nokia picture has just reinforced that! No you're not Mobey! Let's face it : if there wasn't a "Bang & Olufsen" logo on it, would people here be this thrilled? I don't think so... The design is very common (people have already proved it

Why? - Because Orange service & reliability is really one of the very best (Orange is actually the Internet provider subsidiary of our national France Telecom phone company) - you have Orange/France Telecom agencies almost everywhere, (should you have a problem with your

I am truly happy with my BV1 (Link model) : it's in my bedroom and it's a model of discretion. It does the job real fine, the French version was fully geared (motorized, contrast screen, STBC), and I've never had any problems whatsoever with mine, only pure satisfaction. One thing though: black version is a dust lover One of the best looking

At least, your unit doesn't have the (unremovable) fingerprints/spots that some of the BS4 owners discovered on the alu bottom part.. Or you may well give a look on that too Anyhow, go to your dealer (and don't forget your baseball bat, "it's a tough world out there..." ) Philippe

Philippe
