The price could be close the 8-40... Seems like they will show it to the dealers in September, but a release date is stated yet (but Oct/Nov seem reasonable based on previous experience). Same goes for the new "BeoSound 1" with iPod/iPhone dock. Roger

Yes, I have - and can only support you in saying that Spotify is excellent. I would like B&O (BeoSound 5) to get onboard, but I do understand that they can not cater for "local" services on a global product. But as the household has a couple of iPhone's, an iPad etc I do fear for the future use of the BeoSound 5. The app's do a

If you are to install it, please check out a an A4 with and one without it - there are a lot more speakers in the B&O setup, and the fittings (inside of mirror fastening point, dashboard (3 units I belive) etc...) are very different. You may need some new (expensive) interior panels, too. The doors should be fairly easy, but ripping out the dash

The BeoVision 9 is a very good television with few, if any, of the image effects seen on most flat panels. Especially moving objects appear to be just that. Even today with the 7-55 on offer the discontinued BV9 can compete. Sure, the black levels of the 7-55 is a notch better - but the dynamic back light on the 7-55 is a bit strange sometimes when

I missed this one - funny to see how people make statements regarding the Q5 and the Tiguan. They are different cars: They do not share the platform (Q5 is based on the new A5/A4 platform), nor the 4x4 system (Haldex vs 40:60 proper quattro) - and on the inside they do not share a single button. They do, however, as most cars from VAG share engines

Today, most people do need an STB for cable or sat - and these boxes usually supply radio as well. With this in mind, the BeoVision 7 with the long stand-alone horizontal speaker will do what the BC1 did. The STB can be placed on the stand or the back of the set. Roger

The BL11 is stealing sales from the BL2 around here, and I must admit that the BL11 is pretty impressive - leaving the BL2 for those that need a home movie theater, I guess. The best thing to do is to test the BL11 at home - ask your dealer for a home test. Regarding the BL9 vs BL8k/BL2 - the precision offered by the BL9 and the detailed high-end and

The BV10-32 will take the place of the BeoVision/Center 6 series for link rooms. To be able to offer a competitive price advantage on the 10-40, B&O could offer a less classy cabinet... Roger

The BV8-32 came in two shades of white, known as "white 1" and "white 2" (clever people, these Danes). The last version was more tolerant to finger prints and other marks, which haunted owners of the "white 1" series. White as an option for the BV8-series died with the 8-32, leaving the black only 8-40 as the only model

The thinking behind this was clever enough: People with a BV7 in the living room didn't need a BeoSound product, as they had a disc player in the tv - but they missed the FM radio. So they made it possible to have a BeoCenter 6 w/FM-module in the kitchen and a BeoVision 7 in the living room with the disc drive, and listening to the FM via the BV7
