Hi bieele Can you describe the problem with your avant more accurate.are you aware of that many avant's have trouble with the picture tube,but you can determin if that's the case by turning your avant on and then bump a liitle hard on the top of it,if the picture flickers or the tv goes down with a noise from your speakers then thats the case

Hi Hans There are two possibilities you must remove the glass doors be carefull when you do so the way to remove them are as follows,Set the doors in open state unplug the 2500 then carefully pull the top of the glass door against you then do the same in the bottom of the glass door they are fastened with a metalpiece that fits into a plastic clip clean
