These turntables/ cartridges produce an output that has to be amplified in a special non-linear way that takes account of the different ways that bass and treble are pressed into the vinyl records. The receivers and amplifiers produced at the same time as your turntable usually had separate turntable inputs to a matched pre-amp

I agree with Puncher on this one. Not sure I'd want an internet/DAB focussed system (HiFi????) with video/pictures to the exclusion of CD with FM access etc. Graham
