I looked at the Sonos in an Apple dealership several times. I liked the concept, and I figured you could always hide the bridges or whatever they are called. However the Apple dealer never had it wired up for demonstration so I never knew what it sounded like !!!

Alternative solution .. something like those iPod converters that broadcast an FM signal for a car's radio to tune into ? Then the BS3 could play such a source ... not as neat as the original idea, but perhaps something that is more easily achieved.

Nice pictures. Digital capture is something I have always wanted to get into with all my photographs, slides and 8mm from the late sixties and seventies. Two questions (very off topic!) 1. were the two photos taken with the same film ? The bottom photo seems like an Agfa colour balance (?) to me, and 2. it would be interesting to see a "today"

So where is the constraint on using HDMI ? is it the 7-40-mk-II ? Because the ATV has an HDMI output ... I am using the HDMI output from my MacMini to my BV8 so that I can go directly to using the BV's DAC on the assumption that it is better than Apple's
