  • Re: A shocking question

The actual LCD element itself uses a 12v charge I believe, but this doesn't include the other components. Just to be safe, I'd wear rubber gloves and leave it unplugged from the mains to discharge for some time...

The Cinematic Orchestra is one of the best bands that has come to my ears during the last year. A friend of mine heard them as an opener to Gonzales in Nancy (Nancy Jazz Pulsations

  • Re: Width of the forum

I see what you're saying and I agree but at the same time, my browser window never fills up the screen completely, at the moment I have Twitterrific, MSN, Mail and iTunes on the screen at the same time as Safari (with BeoWorld in it). Making the forum wider would make this impossible...

  • Re: Antivirus for Mac

There are no viruses for Macs. There are trojans which are quite different as they require you to knowingly install them (as in you'd have to type in your password, and go through a whole 'installation' program), and very very VERY few people have few enough brain cells to allow this to happen. Nobody I know has even come across a Mac Trojan, they're

  • Re: Who made the best buy on a used Bang & Olufsen gear???

darioazul: Recently, I landed a Beocenter 9300 mint. The plan is to use the built in DAC. Please tell me if the following would work: Items, iMac, Beocenter 9300, Bl3; connect the 9300 to the iMac via headphone jack & five pin connector; powerlinks from the 9300 to the BL 3. The idea is to bypass the iMac's soundcard and use the 9300's DAC
