Thanks for the info! Looks interesting, but as long as I have only one room with B&O stuff, I don't think I will need one, and at this moment, I still prefer the look of the Beo4. Will the Beo5 be able to control more STB than the Beo4, or will it eventually learn to control new non-B&O equipment? The article says it will control not yet

that really looks like a mini BV7, BV6 or BC6. Nice. But I have to disagree that the B&O logo on BV8 is huge and ugly. First, it can't bee seen most of the time, you only see it when you are in the right angle. Second, I have never seen an ugly B&O logo, I think it is very stylish and discrete. Third, I would never mind the B&O logo

scognamiglio: It was on OFFICIAL PICTURE of the Serenata from the new price list... it was the same picture published by Engasget some times ago... I saw it and the little stand... what little stand?

Beolab: It´s sounds very nice Tom! Do you got the BL5s to listen to your own masterpiece recordings? http://www.harmoniemunicipaleesch.org/irlande.htm Regards Thanks, I'm pleased that you like it. The irish concert was one of the best ones we had. No, I have BL8000s, but I rarely listen to these recordings.

Beolab: I think your avatar looks like an alien?! Do you have a bigger picture to show? this one might be clearer: this is the same concert, (rehersal before the concert), this time I'm on the left side: if you are interested: this is the orchestra I'm playing with. You can hear some mp3 under "concerts", I think Hommage à l'Irlande

avez vous vu les prix du mois d'octobre ? super!

francoisvl: Mine is also obvious. Pic of my Beosystem 3500, well the Beomaster part. Not very amazing avatar but special to me It was your avatar, francoisvl, that gave me the idea for this thread. I still can't figure out, what part of the Beosystem 3500 is shown in your avatar, but now I know at least what it is...

Welcome back, Lee. Hope you enjoyed your trip! The prizes for october are, once again, very good. The Beolit is my favorite for that month, but I think it is better not to hope to win any more. Surprises will be welcome.

jandyt: Strange thing though, Tom. Of all the Avatars on this thead so far, yours is the most difficult to work out. yes, you are right. mine is difficult to work out because it is quite dark. but I like the blue shine of the tuba on this image, that's why I have chosen it. Some interesting stories so far! I hope some more beoworlders will tell
