About 5 years ago I sold a mint Beolit 700 in red, it seemed like a good idea at the time and have regretted it ever since. I've bought and sold a couple since then and am still looking for one which is as nice as the one I had originally. Chris.

I'm not sure about it being a US only turntable but there seems to be hundreds sold over there and not so many in Europe. Of course I was speaking in jest re:- the language and glad you saw the lighter side of my comment Chris.

Dillen: Rare indeed but regarding the midrange mounting, however odd it looks, the Beovox 3702 were produced like this in large numbers. Martin I'm amazed at this, that is seriously shoddy workmanship. Would you mount a driver this way by design? I think not.... Chris.

Ah - just occurred to me. Anyone looking will be doing so from a computer terminal right? So make it easy & instant for them and use something like a USB connector/dongle... anything like that will do the job. Or to encourage them to start buying, use the chip part or VISA/Mastercard logo of a chip & pin credit card.... once it's out they

Hi Steve, you won't go wrong with a soundsmith cartridge. They are highly recommended on here and several of us own them - myself included (SMMC4). Much better than the B&O originals but not quite as refined in manufacture, the lack of a stylus guard being the most obvious difference. Soundsmith actually produce these under license for B&O
