Well done - Pentas are great! 1) The cloth is grey, never black 2 & 3) Consult the manual onsite and also consult our resident 'tech guys' on the forum for that! 4) for the midrange drivers i would just replace them with the B&O new parts, but Dillen and Medogsfat are very experienced in refoaming - so i would possibly ask their advice

Why solder 2 cables into 1 anyway - B&O have a splitter for that! My guess is one of the soldered cables has split at the switching pin. Try one fresh cable to one speaker first to test the BS9000... Lee
