For those of you UK based FM listeners and owners of mint Beolits who would like to make their voice heard to try and stop this move, here is a link to a petition http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/Radio/ Cleve
Wrong link - this is better! http://petitions.number10.gov.uk

I only have direct experience of the 1203 (with SP10). It probably does have some slight rumble........ one of those things that's only annoying once you tune in to it and listen for it! I've found the studs on the platter not to be an issue, but if I was thinking of following DSJR's advice I think I'd look to select a mat of just the

From the B&O investors report: BeoTime Bang & Olufsen is about to roll out a watch as part of the Group’s range of gift articles. The Management believes that the design differs from everything else on the market. The watch can also be used as a remote control for other Bang & Olufsen products and comprises a built-in movement sensor

Cause possibly a momentary power outage (or surge)? My 2005 BC1 (recently acquired) has had no issues (yet) other than a radio activation problem. It's wall mounted, and although I've been very careful to route all the cables with plenty of slack within a sock (within the wall bracket) I do wonder whether there is a long term risk of getting

I'm intrigued. Is this an 'Authorised Leak' approved by B&O to gauge reactions? The product looks good: there's potential to sell one or more to everyone who owns modern B&O equipment (Beo4 controlled.) How many Beo4's have been produced in total? Say B&O sell Beotime to 50% of Beo4 users, at say £50 wholesale profit

We first came across a similar problem when we asked Sky to extend the Skybox system to a second location (with 'Eye' control via the coax.) Unfortunately our second location was actually our main TV (Avant with Freeview via STB) with the terrestrial signal looped through a VCR and then distributed around the house. (All now out-of-date and

Neil, Just to clarfy previous note, with my previous system the Sky link to the second TV had to be through it's own coaxial cable, separate from the terrestrial cable. Graham

If your Avant has a set top box module then you will be able to set this to control the Skybox via the Beo4 (with the link in place between the Avant and Skybox sensor.) I can't remember which scart you need to use for this as I've just moved my Avant to another house. If you have the STB module then any Skybox will be controllable as they all

Talking of strange responses from dealers, I asked about a Beo4 wall holder when last in my local store. They could only find a used one in the basement and offered it to me at a discount. Two weeks later I get a thank you letter detailing the guarantee that comes with my new purchase! Fortunately there's not much that can go wrong with a holder
