The CX-100s are second-room speakers. The amplifier on a 6500 is of such good quality and so powerful that just using the CX-speakers is a real waste of an opportunity to enjoy real music. Well, I've always found Apple and B&O complement one another - similar philosphies, similar achievements each in their own fields, though B&O is lagging in digital applications. (But then you haven't really seen any good loudspeakers or televisions from Apple, either!)
