Walked by a dealer today. I think price he said is 3950 plus around 400 for the module. It doesn't seem to have a video out, which is confusing to me as the tech spec says scart in/out and how would one connect a HDR if the video signal is not passed out via scart? Not sure though if that would be usable or not. Does anybody know if it can control

Looked at it today at a dealer. They do sell in the US at least the BV7 without speaker. However when looking at the different stand and mounting options, there is no good way to cover the bracket/whole where the speaker would be attached. So why I find it a very tempting option I think its back to the BV8 for me. JK

From the B&O website. Beocare responded about the 100hz rumor. I hope repost is OK, but guess it is since it's not beneficial to have update rumors floating. Cheers JK Bang & Olufsen televisions are built to be long-lasting, and stay with our customers for many years. We constantly monitor, evaluate and develop technologies, and update our

It seems that some in Europe are buying it without a center speaker. I don't have space for the floorstand so I can't do the 7.4 and I find the BL7.2 to massive . Anyone? Would the price be reduced by the normal list price of the center? Thanks JK

For the best B&O, that would be BL5 all around for speakers plus either BV9 or BV4/BL7.2/BS3. That and a Beocenter 2 and you just spend 60K or more. That said, I think alll TVs they currently have are pretty good, be it BV7, BV4 or BV9. For your mac questions, I would use airport express and a mini mac connected to the TV. And I would look at a

I actually have the same problem. I return it to the charger but it does not recharge giving me after days of no use in the charger an empty battery warning. That and the ringer stopped working, which is a known problem it seems. That said, I bought mine in Germany and use in the US. It worked flawless in the beginning though. Cheers JK

See here in the US they do not offer the full TV range and on pricing I have a cap as well. I do not need the whole home cinema shebang, its just nice to throw a picture on the wall when friends come by. I don't want to give that up. What I like about the BV8 is, its not too high, if I put it onto a small drawer element I could use the wall behind

Honestly I don't think this is all so black for them as well. - For example they have the Apple TV/Mac integration down through their TVs - who else does? Sony? Ha. If you can't beat them, integrate them. - They product range is fairly wide, at least in Europe where they cover different price points on Stereo and TVs - I don't think they

I am not sure how to connect my projector which I definitly would want to keep. I don't think it has a video out ..... not sure if that ML module adds that via scart, I think I read somewhere it is 2 way whatever that means. I don't need surround or multiple HDMI, I just want to be able to watch video through front row from my mac and maybe

If he does that he still ends up with holes in the wall. I would just leave the BL2500 where they are but disconnect them and use BL3 next to the BV8. Connect the BS2300 via MCL converter to the BV8 if you havent done that already. Compared to the BL2500 that will give a huge improvement in sound. Down the line, you can even add the BL2 since the BL3
