At that price they are a bit of a gift horse! If.......... You can't do much about scratches on the bodies. If you can live with them then they are OK. Cosmetically, the frets are quite an expense so you need to be able to live with those as well, otherwise you may as well pay more money for a decent pair! I must admit to never having any trouble

The power cables will be fine. The tweeter is much more likely to be a problem than the woofers and anyway what do you think you are going to see? I would leave the frets alone, you can only do damage by removing them and you can't tell much from looking anyway! You are likely to break the clips that hold the frets on or ruin the material and they

You will need Mk2 Powerlink cables if you want the displays to work. I am not a lover of Subwoofers when listening to music. The bass they produce is fuzzy. Fine for DVD's if you like watching that sort of thing but not for music. Mind you, you just wouldnt believe the number of hi-fi setups I see which are set to minimum treble, maximum base and

First thing to do is to clean the CD laser lens with a cotton wool bud damped in isopropanol (dry if nothing else) Now try the CD again. Working?

That looks and sounds like a special for display purposes. How do you fix it to the wall so that it can take the weight of a 6000 TV???? They were never released for general use as far as I know. The health and safety implications would have killed the product off.
