thanks. I was using AOL when it would not work. Closing AOL and using internet explorer solved the problem

I do not get anything on the Beosound 5 web page other than the strange blue design that was there before, only now no circle? Is the page working for others?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, and sorry if the answer is in here already someplace. We have Beoport on a PC linked by Masterlink to a BV7 MKIII and Beosound 3000. I am considering purchasing an iphone and would like to be able to use it as a remote. I understand it is not possible to directly control Beoport and that I will need to use iTunes instead

Glad to help. Regarding turning the player on, I think it only works when turning the TV on. In other words if watching TV and switching to Blu-Ray it will not turn on. Also, in order to get it to work I had to activate an HDMI control in the player's set-up menu.
