Spiros, Thank you for your answers which based on them appears to put " Corona discharge " as the most likely cause of your problem. The only way to be 100% certain is for a Technician to remove the back of the Beovision and actually observe the fault which if it is " Corona discharge " then a small blue spark will be seen with the

  • Re: Beovision 3 Buzzing noise

With regards to this apparent buzzing noise, lets start by addressing a few points raised in this thread. • Re: DAB+ to replace DAB

In my view DAB really has a problem because now most people have DVB-T (Freeview) or satellite (Sky & FreeSat) as well as the Internet which offers as good or better quality sound than DAB. As one BBC engineer said to me sometime ago -- "DAB is the new Medium Wave" I listen to a lot of radio mostly via "free-to-air" satellite

  • Re: Link room picture format

I am sure Mark will not mind me publishing what I said in the two PM's as requested by Phil. I initially said The whole area of picture formatting has been a problem area for B&O and they never really got it 100% correct until the Mark II AVANT DVD. That said, a lot depends on which version of AVANT VCR you have and the software version in your
