  • Re: Beovision 7-52

If the BeoVision 9 is discontinued that will be one less place to hide during our in-store hide & seek games. Reason enough to keep it around.

  • Re: Beovision 7-52

We've heard rumors about this, but it seemed to be based more on the fact that we were exploiting other Samsung panels to base our televisions off of. You've seen the BeoVision 8-26 & 32 (the rumors are about that old), and will soon (relatively speaking) see the BeoVision 8-40. As time goes by, it seems more and more like we'll continue

  • Re: Is BeoSound 9000 stll the best B&O audioystem ?

BeoSound 5 if you're ready to dive in head first into digital music. BeoSound 9000 if you're heading into your twilight years and uninterested in this "new media." BeoCenter 2 if you're a masochist. BeoSound 4 if... um... well I'm sure there's a reason around here somewhere. BeoSound 3200 if your love of digital music is

  • Re: HDMI

From my experience, 13 meters is not in the trouble zone in terms of simply working or not. That starts around 20 meters. However, I agree that higher quality cables make a difference. I've been very happy with Key Digital. I use them personally.

  • Re: The B&O problem?

Sony is invested in "joint ventures" with Samsung and, more recently, Sharp. Actually the sales associates in Sony store have a very clever answer when pressed about who manufactures their panels. They say, "anyone can manufacture, we innovate." Actually thought it was quite clever the first time I heard it. (Then I glanced over

  • Re: The B&O problem?

Affuneur's experience is the closest I've seen on this board to the way "things really are" at Bang & Olufsen. Well over 90% of our business is done outside the store, whether over dinner or in the client's home. Many stores could probably shut their doors to the general public and increase business. I'm not saying this

  • Re: OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) technology and B&O

It's a bit premature to discuss B&O's potential use of OLED when it's essentially still vapor-ware. It's not only immature, but still being born.
