I seem to remember a thread, either here or on the B and O web page, comparing the 9s to 3s plus 2. We have 9s with our 7 and 7-4. I would try to listen to both center speakers with ALT fronts and see what you think. My wife and I really like the clarity of voices with the 7-4 but have not listened to the 7-2 so can not comment on that. I think comparing

The BV7 stand is beautiful.

I am very fortunate in that my wife likes B and O as much as I do. Our Beolab 1s were purchased by me as a surprise for her.

I think the blu-ray in the 40 is due March/April. I have read conflicting posts as to when and if a 50-52 inch might be available.

Congratulations on your new system. The 4000s never cease to amaze me with their sound quality....and they look as good as they sound. The 3200 is a perfect match for them and I completely agree with your comments about it.

Several months ago a dealer told me that there would be a software update that included a method to adapt the sound to the room similiar to the Beolab 5s. Has anybody else heard anything similiar?
