Razlaw: I was told by a couple of dealers several months ago that a new update would be available that would be similiar to the system on the Beolab 5s. I recently posted a question on this forum about it and somebody responded they thought it would be a hardware update. Perhaps it is a both a hardware and software issue which is why it says "disabled"

Tom: I had my Beo5 reconfigured and updated several times (when I changed something to my setup) and my dealer never charged anything. MKE: I have a new BV 9. Had all the same problems with SW 4.24. The TV crashes (turns off) and the Blue-Ray films played on PS3, jumps as described earlier in this thread.
