Hi Charlie. The BV6 you have will work the SKY BOX over ML, I don't believe it works on the same principle as the Magic Eyes which are fed off the 9v signal run down the outer core of the coax. To be fair most people just use the DVB-T together with the SKY-HD. Stick with the Thomson, Amstrad is a bloody nightmare - Analogue hasn't got long

In my experience if you have the latest SW levels without the inbuilt APC Camera on the Mk3 screens only you will experience such problems - you need to go down a couple of software levels, we are experiencing similar problems presently. If you don't have the latest SW then I am lost too.

In my view room size is an issue with Beolab 5's, they sound congested and do not perform in smaller environments (Beolab 9's are far superior in most setups where I have placed Beolab 5's). Hi please confirm which model TV you have. In general terms you will need to run separate audio via scart or rca phono, but it is all irrelevant if you cannot select DVI-I, i.e. you do not have an HD module upgrtade.

Just a hint, remember to handle the phone in 'reverse' i.e. with keypad facing outwards, the phone speaker sounds a lot clearer - not that I made such a mistake :)

Appears to be a US Beosound 9000 - mark 3. So it is a 2002 date of manufacture.......

Open the flap that covers the control panel on the BS9000 - the control panel is on a magnetic strip, you can lift it up with your finger. The serial and type number are under there - do a search on the forum for accurate serial number information, but 15xx will indicate a 2001 year of manufacture.
