I got the software from my dealer, but it needs a User Name and Password from the "retail System". That sounds very dealer-specific. Is it possible to use the software without it? (I already tried, but it did not seem to work) Or is there an other way to get the user name and the password? Is there a different version of the software for dealers

Thank you - I feel much better now. I am going to keep my beo 5 - If I ever get it to work: First I got a Box without manual and Software, now I got the software via rapidshare from my dealer - but he forgot to give me a password. Seems to be a major challenge to get this thing to work!
