• Re: Where is BeoSound8 made?
Seriously, if everyone had been positive about the BS5, do you really think B&O would have implemented so many of things (in the soon-to-come Encore) it was criticized for lacking?
I think that this statement is not entirely true. The BeoSound5 Encore has been on the drawing board for a while. Perhaps

  • Re: Problems connecting Beotalk 1100

The BeoTalk 1100 & BeoCom6000 are two seperate products and can be used independently or together on the same line. The BeoTalk 1100 can operate even if you don't have a phone connected, however your BeoCom6000 will NOT operate without a PSTN. Opman

  • Re: BeoVision Avant 28" VHS, pearly blue

When your set left the factory in 1996 it was a28" tube. Of course it may have been put onto a special diet to "beef" it up to 32". The serial is below the magic threshold of 128xxxxx meaning that it cannot have STBc fitted. Opman

  • Re: Sky HD and Magic Eye

When your Sky box was connected to the Avant, you were using the Set Top Box controller (STBc) within the Avant to control the Sky box via the infra red emitter. Now that you have removed the Avant, controlling the Sky box with the Beo4 isn't possible. Are you planning to leave the Sky+HD box connected to the new Panasonic screen? If so have you

  • Re: Linkroom help!

Put the Bvis6 into standby. Then option programme to option6. If the Masterlink module is fitted, the red led should blink to confirm that it has accepted the option programme. No blink = no masterlink module. One blink means your set is correctly programmed and the problem is elsewhere. Opman

  • Re: BS4 SD file types

The latest software for BeoSound4 is 2.15. This gives the new features as described in the supplemental instruction book that can be downloaded from the Bang & Olufsen website. Opman
no Radio (of any kind).
The BeoPlayer App gives access to 20 free internet radio stations or the paid for App gives access to around 14000 internet radio stations. Opman
