Agree; I would go for the BL8000; looks great and impressing output. For some future more oomph you can always add BeoLab 2.

Agree with what has been already said and can only from my own perspective say that I've looked into getting a new TV-set but the price range that B&O has on the larger screen kind of puts me off. And so does the some of the new design of the products; while I have to admit that one often has to learn and like the new product design. For example

Well, there isn't any need to disable the IR reception since the BC9000 is located at 1st floor and the BS9000 including BeoMedia 1 is located at the ground floor. While I might not be able to control BeoMedia I would assume that I can get the audio (net music) via the MasterLink and then via the 1611 converter I should be able to get the audio

I'm already today using a bunch of 512MB, 1GB and 2GB cards for different genre of music and audio books. One of the reasons why I actually bought the BeoSound 2 in the first place; being able to quickly switch the

Quick question regarding largest size of SD-cards that can be used together with BeoSound 2; I''m currently using 2gb but wondering if the unit support larger cards? B&O site state that 2gb is maximum,

Question; I've earlier have had problem with the cover images that it slows down the system and as well there was earlier limit of how many cover images the software could cache. Has this feature been improved or is it possible to disable the image function for albums?

Bart, big thanks for the info and sorry for late response; been tied of with other activities. But, regarding the API-mapping I'm interested of getting BeoPlayer / BeoPort to interact and work with Last.fm service to gather statistics on what I play. I've been in touch with B&O regarding this topic and ask if there are any kind of information
