Besorge dir doppelte Verteilerstecker. Null Problemo...

Is the tray even to the cover or 2-3mm more inside? The "stopper" inside has a rubber cover and this material does not last forever and suddenly disappears... causing also this noise, because the tray moves wider than original. It can be adjusted by a 6-edge inbus tool from the underside... and the noise is gone.

Yes. But there is no real need to solder it again. The round black box is the fuse. The zener diode is in the upper left corner, ZPD 5.6V. A nice defect is a exploded golden cap

There is a second fuse inside the cpu metal box. Round, black or brown, 1 Ampere. It's responsible für the 5V power for the cpu. Check it, it will blow by overvoltage over 5.6V... there is a zener diode behind it limiting the voltage. The zener diode will also blow.

Link use? Yes, Link use in two way in option 0

Why V1.2? There is also 1.3 available...

Yes, the Intel 80c32 is ok, also Philips and Siemens. They all work perfect... B&O used the Philips version. Important is, that it is a real 80C32 and not something like a Atmel 80c32x2.

... an der falschen Lautsprecherbuchse. Er hat 4 Buchsen, nur 2 davon können gemuted werden.

Right in the middle of the "U"-Board is the service connector. Short the 2-pins and the MX can power up. All safety features are disabled. The MX will show the error number/device... if he can show a picture. Yes, it's not always a cap... But beware: if you power it up, it will not power off if there is a power failure... it will stay

BM7000 and BC9500 are very similar from the design. C204 can be replaced by a wire bridge, the others not. Check and measure the dc offset across these caps. If it is less than 10mV, try to replace them by wire. Also check, these chips are working internaly with some volts dc offset. So it is important, which cap you replace and which not, these chips
