If a peripheral is connected digitally, the sound will be delayed. ML is an analog system and is looking at the analog output. I've often solved this problem by running standard L&R audio out of the device as long as it outputs parallel. I can't imagine that anyone is seriously working on another physical media. Blu-Ray sort of has to be the last, doesn't it? I think that Apple's response to integrated Blu-Ray wasn't leaving it out of the new MacBooks, it was the MacBook Air. No discs needed.

Since we're on the subject... From an insiders perspective I have no trouble with our prices. I would think, since my living depends on it, that if our prices were out of line with what we deliver and our clients willingness to pay it I would be the first in line to rant.
