  • Re: BeoMaster 1200

Yours things are welcome here but there may be someone nearer you. Let's give it a little time and see if someone else comes around. The Beomaster 1200 will need a proper service; New capacitors, trimmers, adjustments, potentiometer service etc. that's very common. The speakers will probably benefit from new caps too. Capacitor kits exists,

  • Re: Beovox S80.2 Refoam

I would recommend using the original material. And use nothing but real speaker cement. It will hold on to almost anything, it is incredibly strong, it doesn't harden and crack but will remain just that little bit flexible so any strains in the cone and surround materials at the glue edges are "softened" out. Also make sure to get new

Work progresses slowly, but I have managed to do a little: A close inspection revealed that there was nothing seriously wrong with the module, it was simply the lubricating grease on the pushbuttons that had dried and become solid. A few drops of acid-free oil was applied to the dry spots and the module was left to soak in the oil overnight. Next day

The Voice) bruger al for meget kompression. Det gøres

  • Re: Beovox suggestions

You can use any of the older Beovox speakers but Beovox 1200 would be the obvious choice. There are no less than three different versions of the Beovox 1200, any of them will work fine. Of the panel speakers, the 1600/1602 and 1800/1802 series spring to mind but the slightly later P30 could also be considered. The panel speakers are generally rare.

  • Re: beogram 8002 power issue

Welcome to Beoworld ! It's something common. It's safe to say that all decks of this type will now be suffering from cracked solder joints and bad capacitors (a kit is available). Do a search in the forum (Beogram 6006 and Beogram 8000 will have the same issues) and you will find lots more info. These decks are always worth repairing. Martin
