I find it interesting that most people that posted here are so after picture quality. I pay the premium for design, for me a TV is not much more then a pice of furniture. Sound is a different story.

Des kannste selbst machen. Musst halt nur einen Schraubendreher finden der passt, mueste es aber im Heimwerker Markt geben. Dauert ungefaehr eine halbe Stunde, wenn Du sie wieder zusammen schraubst, aufpassen das Du die Schrauben nicht zu fest ziehst, dabei koennen die Plastik Gewinde rausbrechen. JK

Ich habe das bei meinen gemacht. Mein Haendler hat die Plastik Front (sind 2 links und rechts) als Ersatzteil bestellt. Hat mich keine 200$ gekostet mit den Alu Blenden zusammen und schaut deutlich besser aus. Der einzige Krampf war, die benutzen keine normalen Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher, da must ich nen bisschen rumlaufen bis ich einen passenden gefunden

I have the same problem, even though I have curtains all over. Ok they are white, but still curtains. Evening movies are no problem though, I just ordered a BV8 for the day. I have the infocus In72 and for movie nights on the weekends I have no problems at all, picture is pretty good for DVD watching. Cheers JK

I understand BV8 doesn't do video out for a projector. Not sure if BV6 BC6 can do that either, it/s not available in the US so not an option for me. Maybe a BV7 32 if it ever will be upgraded could be good, but if I were you I would keep as is and just add the projector and screen. Cheers JK

I just learned that in my former home country Germany there are only 2 channels left that do HD, everyone goes back to SD. So much for picture quality. When it comes to movies on DVD and Blueray, how many movies are released in a month where you can say "I really enjoyed that". Not a lot, at least for me. I think this is where their slogan

For the speaker, I think in general the acoustic lense should be around the height where your ears are when in listening position. Keep in mind it bounces sound left and right but not up and down. I guess there is also an optimal height for the screen and I would think B&O considered that in their design of the overall thing.
